Michael A. Pomeroy was ordained priest at The Anglican Cathedral Church of St. Francis in June 2013. He served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps, followed by 25 years as an agent with the United States Border Patrol. He attended the Episcopal Diocese of the Rio Grande’s School for Ministry, which at the time was partnered with Trinity School for Ministry in Abridge, PA. Fr. Mike was installed as Canon Residentiary at The Anglican Cathedral Church of St. Francis in January 2015. He and high school sweetheart Susan were married in June 1980 at St. Anne’s Episcopal Church in Calais, Maine. They have three grown sons, Sean, Ryan, and Joseph, and seven grandchildren. Mike and Susan like to read and watch British TV. Mike also likes hunting, fly tying/fishing, and guitar – though never at the same time.
