OUR HOPE

Seek the Heart of God for the Heart of El Paso

There are approximately 2.5 million people living in the greater El Paso borderplex. This region is the largest bilingual, binational community in the Western Hemisphere and is a center of cultural formation and creativity. It has experienced unprecedented growth and influence. As a Gospel-centered church, St. Francis hopes to Seek the Heart of God for the Heart of El Paso, sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ in word and deed, loving and serving people in the greater El Paso region.

“The Church is the only institution that exists primarily for the benefit of those who are not its members.”

-William Temple, Archbishop of Canterbury (1942–1944)
